Bayshore Association Management is a privately owned and operated, full-service property management company offering services to Commercial and Residential Condominiums and Homeowners Associations in St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River Counties. As your neighbor and friend, we are concerned about the image your property portrays.
We are committed to dedicating our resources and years of experience to serve our Associations, their Board of Directors, and their Association members to the best of our ability, while continually striving to set the trend for superior management.
The company was established in 1997. We strive to provide our clients with efficient and effective management services. Over the last 14 years, we have grown from a small firm, managing 11 associations, to a full-service management company, serving more than 55 satisfied customers.
Our team is made up of reliable and professional Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAM), administrative personnel and account executives who take pride in offering the best service possible, with the utmost attention to our Association's needs and desires. It is our belief that "Professional management will pay for itself!"

We intend to provide the highest level of skill and expertise available in the Management Industry today, focusing on the administrative, financial and maintenance affairs of their communities.
