About Bayshore Association ManagementBayshore Association Management, founded by partners Linda Moutogiannis & William Weber has grown to be one of the areas leading property management teams, dedicated to serving the needs of our communities and striving to set the trend for superior management. Becoming aware of a growing number of Associations, dissatisfied with their property managers as evidenced by the high turnover rate, our goal has been to set a new standard for property management. We have grown from a small bookkeeping business to a full-service firm providing bookkeeping, management, supervision, maintenance, and consulting services to communities throughout the Treasure Coast. Our staff and dedicated team of managers take pride in offering the best service possible with the utmost attention to our association's needs and desires. Consequently, most of our growth has been achieved by way of referrals from satisfied clients, and from other professionals within the industry that we come in contact with on a daily basis. As each client association comes to our company, we try to assess, with that association, what their major problems are; they’re intended solutions and their priorities in trying to meet their objectives. We have learned that each association is unique and will have its own set of problems that must be met differently. In most instances, we have found that good hard work, common sense and better supervision will solve many problems. Our Game Plan is Simple: 1. Listen to the Board of Director’s wishes, needs, and desires. 2. Working with the Directors, to design a comprehensive and cost-efficient property management and supervision program. 3. Monitor all financial transactions with a superior, timely, and accurate reporting system. 4. Finally, provide consistent service, 24-hours a day in all areas of the Association Management. We are committed to dedicating our resources and years of experience to serve you, your Board of Directors, and your association members to the best of our ability.
